"Hadiths Mentioning Vinegar (خل / Khal) The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ praised vinegar in general as a simple, blessed food: 1. Vinegar is a Good Condiment:- Jabir bin Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) reported:- The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:- “What an excellent condiment vinegar is!” — Sahih Muslim 2051, Sunan Ibn Majah 3318 This Hadith shows the Prophet ﷺ used vinegar with food and praised it. But the type of vinegar is not specified (e.g., grape, date, apple, etc.)."

"1. Protection from Poison and Magic

Narrated Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas (رضي الله عنه): - The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever eats seven Ajwa dates in the morning, will not be harmed by poison or magic on that day.” —( Sahih al-Bukhari 5768, Sahih Muslim 2047) 2. Ajwa is from Paradise
Narrated Sa’d (رضي الله عنه):-The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Ajwa dates are from Paradise, and they are a healing against poison.”— (Sunan Ibn Majah 3452) (Classed as Hasan by Al-Albani)  
3. Healing Qualities in Dates
Narrated Aisha (رضي الله عنها):- The Prophet ﷺ said:-“Indeed in dates there is a cure.”—( Muslim (No. 2214), Bukhari in “Book of Medicine”)

Narrated Abdullah ibn Ja’far (رضي الله عنه):- The Prophet ﷺ said:- “Feed the pregnant women with dates, for if a woman eats dates during her labor, then her child will be gentle and pure-hearted.”
